The idea behind Aurumus
Aurum is Latin for gold. I added “us” to make the name my own and connect it to the U.S. To me, gold represents the value that emerges through refinement: shaping an idea, removing what gets in its way, and bringing its best qualities forward.
The butterfly in my logo represents transformation. Its change from caterpillar to flight reflects how we grow through experience. It also captures what I believe good graphic design can do: take something with potential and give it new clarity, energy, and purpose.

Experience from concept to production
I’m a graphic designer with more than 25 years of experience across advertising, marketing, branding, and print production. I’ve designed individual pieces, directed creative teams, built a creative department, and coordinated projects with printers and other production partners.
That range helps me see the whole job. I can develop the visual idea, work through its practical requirements, and prepare it for the way it will be used.
